Returns and Exchanges Policy

Shop Falcon’s Beyond will exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from Shop Falcon’s Beyond if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.

Any returned merchandise must be returned new, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Katmandu™ Park | Punta Cana, Katmandu™ Park | Mallorca or Falcon’s Resort® by Meliá. Returns and exchanges of any items purchased at Shop Falcon’s Beyond will not be accepted at Katmandu™ Park | Punta Cana, Katmandu™ Park | Mallorca or Falcon’s Resort® by Meliá.

Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for an identical item exchange according to the policies herein.

Returns with Gift Receipts

A full refund in the form of a merchandise credit will be issued.

Returns of Gift Cards

A Shop Falcon’s Beyond Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Proof of purchase is required to replace or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged Shop Falcon’s Beyond Gift Card.

Return Tender

Merchandise returns, if originally purchased by credit card, will be returned to the original form of tender. Merchandise purchased online via cash transfer accounts such as PayPal™, or other form of tender will, subject to the terms stated herein, be refunded as a Merchandise Credit.

Returns or Exchanges Process

To request a return or exchange, you must first contact Customer Service at shop@falconsbeyond.com to request a Return Authorization (“RA”). Within your request for an RA, please include your name, email address, shipping address, order number, order date, and indicate the reason for your return or exchange.

Once you receive an RA, please ship the merchandise to the address indicated on the RA in order to process your return or exchange. Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). A copy of the packing slip or receipt must be included in the package. Wehighly recommend using a shipping service which provides a tracking number. Shop Falcon’s Beyond will not be liable for any packages lost in shipping. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges.

If your exchange order requires additional payment as part of the RA process, Falcon’s will specify the proper amount to pay via credit card or other online payment as accepted via the eCommerce store.

Money orders, cashiers' checks or personal checks will not be accepted. If received, the order and payment will be returned to you.

Clearance, customized, personalized or special-order merchandise is not refundable or exchangeable. Bonus Item with Purchase items must accompany the original purchase item when returned.

Shop Falcon’s Beyond’s Returns and Exchanges Policy is subject to change, from time to time in Shop Falcon’s Beyond’s sole discretion without advance notice to its customers.
